Q. How has Beacon helped you in your career development?
A. Because Beacon provides a supportive environment, development in my career has been easily accessible. Whether you have a question, need advice, or desire more training, there is always someone willing to lend a helping hand. That is something you don’t always see, and Beacon certainly makes sure that you are confident in what you are doing which allows for growth.
Q. What have you gained from working at Beacon?
A. Beacon has allowed me to gain confidence not only in my career, but in my personal life as well. Feeling confident in your decisions is important and my experience at Beacon has allowed me to grow and become more self-assured.
Q. What is the favorite part about working for Beacon?
A. My favorite part about working for Beacon is watching the children we work with reach goals and milestones. Whether it’s saying a new word or mastering a skill, it’s the most heartwarming feeling to witness that moment. There is no better feeling than knowing your work is changing someone’s life.
