Beacon Services General Referral Form

For parents of a child over the age of 3 or not enrolled in Early Intervention services

Beacon ABA Diagnostic Services have a collective mission to support very young children’s access to early diagnostic evaluations and intensive behavioral treatments at critical periods of development. Within our integrated care model, Beacon now prioritizes access to services for children currently enrolled in Massachusetts Early Intervention programs and/or interested in ABA treatment with Beacon.

Currently, Beacon Services is not accepting new clients outside of the Early Intervention System. We do recognize the frustrations in locating a provider and would recommend contacting your child’s primary care doctor and/or insurance provider, for further referral options. We will continue to work on increasing our capacity to be able to do so. If you choose to fill out the referral form,  we will contact you with the information you provided if we start accepting clients outside of the Early Intervention System.
