We’re proud to celebrate Dr. Sue Rapoza, Vice President of Employee Development and Recruitment, for being recognized by the Department of Public Health Early Intervention Division!
Dr. Rapoza was honored for her innovative training program that uses real-life scenarios and hands‑on activities to help staff confidently navigate and resolve conflicts with families and fellow ABA professionals. Her impactful work was presented at the MassABA Conference and the ABAI Convention in Washington, D.C., and also integrated into training sessions for our Beacon staff to support their continued growth.
